Trying to lose weight through the intake of food control is important not only but also what you eat and how much and what combination of eating together is so important.

Foods react differently with each other and to the best performance and the best effect on their level of blood glucose are some guidelines you must follow.

Reduce your intake of foods rich in carbohydrates such as rice, sugar, etc try to take small meals at intervals of 2-3 hours instead of large meals. Increase your intake of fruits, vegetables and low in calories. Tomato and honey are excellent remedies for obesity.

Try drinking a glass of boiled water every day since it helps to reduce obesity. Try to avoid butter, cheese and meat. Drink two glasses of milk a day instead. High calorie foods like chocolate, ice cream, candy, etc., must be strictly avoided. Take cooked or raw cabbage and vitamin B12 in place. Exercise regularly.

Choosing carbohydrates that are high in fiber may also help reduce your levels of blood glucose and may help prevent hunger for longer, since the bulk of the fiber will make your stomach feel fuller for longer. Increased fiber content allows you to eat more than a point without suffering the consequences later.

Portion control can help us overcome many of our problems with weight. All it takes is some willpower and the help of the people we serve food. However, do not put the blame on them, we must ourselves, as they are to choose what we eat.

The easiest way to reduce your intake of calories to eat a well balanced diet of protein, carbohydrates (preferably complex) and good fats. However, even if that if you eat too much of any of these types of food you will not still lose weight.

Exercise is another way to burn calories - however, there is an old adage that implies that it is much easier to control what you put in your mouth a few times a week. However, if you have more than eat-in 200 calories a day is much easier to control those extra calories to run for an hour. That's my opinion anyway!
