You would want to be aware of what the other store offers. Is there a larger selection? What are their prices per video per day? Do they offer any specials or discounts?
You would want to keep up on both the smaller video stores as well as the larger video store chains in your area. You want to either match what is offered or offer a slightly lower fee. Customers love to save money, even a few dollars and cents.
