Author: Peter Jones Don’t make a time table to losing weight because believe it or not you can really lose weight much faster than you think. Losing weight fast depends on several factors. It is about leading a healthy life style rather than doing some exercise for a certain time period.
Not making a time table for losing weight does not mean that you don’t have to make any plan. Planning is very important if you want to make quick gains. You can’t lose weight by doing or not doing few things. You have to take a very wholesome approach for losing weight fast.
The two most important things for losing weight are exercise and dieting but both can’t work independently. For losing weight fast you have to do both. With out integrating dieting and exercise you will see that after some time your body is not losing weight as much as it should be. The reason is that in case of dieting whenever body does not receive the amount of food that it used to receive, it tends to save extra fat in the body. You can get rid of this extra fat only through exercise.
Always reduce your intake of food in a step buy step manner. Don’t try to jump from one extreme to another. Studies have shown that suddenly stopping or greatly reducing the amount of food that you normally used to eat may result in psychological problems. Over a period of time you may end up eating more than eating less.
In case of exercise also in crease the intensity slowly. Don’t spend all your time in a gym, play some kind of sport that you like. If your office is nearby and you can go to office on foot than do it. You can also use stairs instead of lift.
Don’t increase or decrease the number of meals. However you may decrease the quantity of meals and increase the quality by adding more nutritional food. Avoid eating chocolates, sweets and other fat rich foods. Try to eat more and more green vegetables, as they have high nutritional value and less fat content, also include fruits in your meal.
Change your exercise regime frequently so that you don’t lose interest. Lack of proper diet and exercise are not the only reason for gaining weight. Psychological reasons like depression can also result in weight gain. So the concept is very simple change the way you eat and work and you don’t have to worry about unnecessary weight gain anymore.
