The world is a wonderful place, when we have people to help each other in their worst hours. And it is absolutely crucial to be there at the right time and looking fresh and receptive towards others. This is as important as the skills of performing all the medical tasts at high pressure, with friends & relatives worried and full of anxiety about their loved ones life. Each medical staff knows how essential it is to persuade the patient that they will be in good health, things will get better,etc. Building faith, trust and confidence is the key factor in a relationship. Also motivation skills, ability to have a positive influence in your environment. It pays a lot in the long run, it might not feel that much of a necessity, you certainly would realise it later.
