Packing delicate items in order to move them to a new place is a risky affair. Careful handling of items like mirror objects, canvas, paintings, sceneries, sculptures, etc are required when packing these items. To pack mirror, photo frame, painting and other delicate items you will need good packing materials like tape, blank newsprint, bubble wrap, flat boxes, tissue paper, foam, pasting tapes, adhesives, etc are required. Lets us understand how to pack these items.

Packing mirror and mirror object: Firstly wrap the mirror with a blank white paper and paste the tape diagonally. Do not paste the tape directly on the mirror. It will leave its adhesive and mirror will become ugly. Pasting tape diagonally let the items remain in position even if the mirror breaks. Now wrap the mirror with bubble wrapper. Place the mirror in exact sized box and tie the box with rope. In this way, you can pack the mirror.

To mirror objects of any shape, firstly wrap them with plain paper. Then, drape them with bubble wrapper and keep in small box. Do not try to keep so many small mirror objects in one big carton. They will collide and break in the mid way. So, keep them in separate carton and fill the empty space with wadded paper or foam. Label the box with description. You can also label these boxes as "Fragile Mirror Object".

Packing paintings, sceneries, canvas, etc: Pack the painting frame like mirror. Cover the paintings with plain paper. Tape the object diagonally. Tape cardboard around the painting and wrap with bubble wrapper. Paste the wrapper properly. It is now packed. Cover the canvas with bubble wrapper or foamy sheet and tape it.

Put these items in fitted boxes. But make sure that the box should be slightly larger. You will need some space for cushioning to protect the object from jerk and damage. Fill the empty space with wadded paper. Seal the box and tie with the rope. Use as much bubble wrapper and tissue paper as possible. It will provide safety to your items. Label the box as "Fragile Art Object".

Packing sculpture: Wrap the sculpture with bubble wrapper. Most of the sculptures are odd in shape. So, it is better to keep them in regular carton. Place the sculpture in the centre of the box. The box should be large so that sculpture does not touch any wall of the box. Fill the wall side space with foam peanuts. Now tape the opening of the box. Tie the box at end with rope. Label box as "Fragile Sculpture".
