Of course, as all good writers know, rewrites are always inevitable. The point, however, is to realize that the more that is determined before the writing is started, the less rework that will be required later.

Making your eBook Reader Friendly Writing in a personal and conversational tone • Keeping paragraphs and sentences short, but vary the length • Using an active rather than passive style • Using anecdotes or short stories within your chapters • Including photos and images • Including quick tips and hints throughout • Varying the density of the pages • Making use of numbered or bulleted lists • Chances are the eBook will be read on the screen so maximize the use of “white” space making it easier on the eyes of your readers, otherwise they will just stop reading after a while • Ensuring your eBook has an easy to read design.
