The best way to earn Kinah in Aion is to utilize the Auction House to its best potential. This runs on an economic basis, where it is based on how many people need an item and how many are available. To give a direct example of this consider the following (note that this is all made up, solely to explain the economic principles behind it).

There is an item that takes 3 hours to farm and every class can use it. You need 10 of them for your skill. People do not want to farm it so they are willing to buy it for 3 million Kinah. Now the reason this is worth 3 million is because so many people need them, and it is hard to farm them with hundreds (if not thousands) are also farming the same items.

Now there is another item that only 3 classes can use, and it takes 4 hours to farm. They also need 10 of these for their skill. But for this item, the market value is only 1.5 million Kinah. The reason is although it is harder to obtain, the market for it is much lower (usually meaning there are more items on the market than the number of people who need them).

So when looking at items and the prices you think they are worth, do not judge based on how hard they are to farm, but instead also look at who can use them, what the current market value of them is, and how often people buy them. Just because someone is selling an item for 100 million does not mean that is how much it is worth. An item is only worth what someone is actually willing to pay for it.
