If your child participates in any organized activities, sports, you're probably familiar with the last minute of the fight to find cheap snacks and drinks that the whole team will be as scheduled for the day. This is just one more thing on the endless list of things that we mothers (and dads) do for our children.

Children involved in organized sports at an early age, the age of three years. And, between practice and games, our children are determined from 2 to 7 days a week. Unfortunately, while they benefit from physical activity, fake food and drinks are often the costs of these events can easily cancel out these benefits.

In the employment of our lives, it just did not realize how often children eat and drink processed foods high in ingredients like fructose corn syrup, Refined grains, trans fats, artificial colors and flavors.

Like mother, you can ask the coach your child to consider the admission of each player to bring his or her own snacks and drinks replica food that will give you more control over what your child consumes. If this is not an option, you can let your child know that as his or her parent, you decide that you will pack healthy snacks for practices and games. It is our duty to care for the health of our children, and this is one way to do it. If your child resists, you want to be consistent, and a call to his or her desire to work with maximum efficiency, as well as his or her favorite professional athletes. If you are attached to the snack schedule, whether for sport, school or church, provides a good example. Take the extra few minutes, or spend a little more to buy Real snack like decorative food string cheese or fruit. Make some cookies whole grain or protein bars. Keep a drink of water, and that young athletes need more than others.

With children, there is no way around our crazy schedule, but as a mom who love our children, we must be advocates for their health. We can do this through themselves and learning from the leading example.
