Many families don't plan much for Dad, and it is a big let down for him. So here are some great activity and gift ideas for Dad on his special day.
Outdoor Activities - If your dad is an outdoor enthusiast plan an outing with lots of sunshine, fresh air and wildlife adventure. You don't have to spend a lot of money to have a good time. If your dad likes fishing, but hasn't done it in a long time, buy him fishing equipment and take him out! If you think you can't afford it, then buy used or take advantage of Freecycle. Emotional Giving - Contrary to popular belief, Dads are just as sentimental as Moms. Make him a full breakfast in bed, accompanied by a big hug and a homemade Father's Day card.
